FitTRAC is building an ecosystem to empower busy parents and professionals over 40 to become happier, healthier, and stronger.
For the first 11 years of our existence, this ecosystem only consisted of our local markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. But the COVID-19 pandemic unlocked our ability to take our program virtual and expand our circle of influence across the entire country.
The pandemic taught us that exercise is essential, but gyms are not. We believe that the future of fitness will no longer revolve around gyms and the convenience of having an at-home fitness routine will empower more people to become happier, healthier, and stronger.
The future of FitTRAC is becoming an all-inclusive virtual fitness ecosystem for busy parents and professionals over 40.
Members- Members are the people who pay monthly for the FitTRAC's highest level of service. They are the core of the FitTRAC ecosystem. Growth of the core is vital to the maintenance of entire the ecosystem.
Guests- Guests are people who have paid to try FitTRAC's coaching program, but have not yet become part of the core membership.
Audience- Our audience is people who have chosen to join our ecosystem through our email & text lists and social media following, but have yet to try FitTRAC's services.
Coaching/Training Team- The primary function of the coaching/training teams is to grow and maintain our core by helping guests become members and retaining them as members.
Sales Team- The primary function of the sales team is to help people in our audience move closer to the core by trying out our coaching programs as a guest.
Marketing Team- The primary function of the marketing team is to grow our ecosystem by making people aware of FitTRAC and welcoming them into our audience.
Intrapraneurs- Intrapreneurs are FitTRAC team members who provide value to the ecosystem by running their own specialty programs that serve a specific need. Intrapreneurship is an opportunity for team members to build out their own piece of the pie by providing value and growing the ecosystem.
Partners- Partners are business from outside the FitTRAC ecosystem who we allow access because they provide a piece of the puzzle that FitTRAC is missing. Bringing in the right partners allows our ecosystem to be all-inclusive and self-sustaining.
